They make it around here with only green onions and the wontons, cabbage would be overkill I think.

Normally it's just spring onions that they place or some Chinese cabbage/bokchoy but not the regular cabbage. I don't like it with cabbage too, it tastes different. If you like the taste, ask them next time to skip the cabbage

I have had Regular Wonton, Garden Wonton, but the War Wonton is my favorite although I must say I do like this version with thin like noodles most.. Seems every place has a "home or house" specialty Wonton with a slight variance. But it must come with the spicy oil on the side or it's not a good soup..

That picture is close to the War Wonton soup that Calgary Casino makes.. It's so good.. The CC's doesn't have corn or shrimp though.. But it's very yummy...

Oh it has to have shrimp.. Tiger shrimp ones are the best... Must also have the little corn in it.. Usually where I go it comes in a bowl the size of a salad bowl.. You would think there was soup for the table but each person gets one bowl..

Maybe it does have shrimp... its been a long time since I had it... I do remember no corn.. but it does come with very hot hot sauce.. And comes in a huge bowl as well.
