Perfect Valentine's Day movie because it was so scary I wanted to jump in a guy's lap. And it had a love interest story line....

Anyways. I am not sure if I liked it. It seemed predictable, BUT the guys I was with loved it. Supposedly the new movie keeps the classic look of the old Wolfman which is appreciated.

Anyone else?

I saw it on Saturday and wasn't very impressed.

It did have some scary moments, but at most times it was just a bit too predictable. The plot wasn't that great either and the dialogue was so corny at times. I expected Anthony Hopkins to be great, but he just seemed uninterested.

I saw this yesterday with a girl I took out for valentines day. IMO it was a terrible movie, the story wasn't really captivating and I found myself almost falling asleep a few time if it wasn't for my girl squeezing my hand. The acting is not very good either, its quite bland & the werewolf looks like Chubaka(sp?) from star wars. I actually laughed at one of the parts that was supposed to be serious because it was so badly acted out.

I chuckled at a few of the corny jokes that they had scattered throughout the movie. I think the whole theater was just aching for something to laugh at. :D

The dialogue was humorous at some points as well:

" Where are you going?"

"I'm going to find what happened to my brother!"

Yair, I would hope so. :24:

It was just the typical cliche storyline.
Man is normal, turns into a beast, meets woman, woman help hims.
no originality.

One of the parts I found hilarious is during the end
***SPOILER***

When Lawrence and Gwen were in their final scene after she shot him and he's talking to her and seems very well alive and after he says "It had to be this way" he just dies. I was like what the hell? he looked great 5 seconds ago, they could of put more emotion into it. I legit laughed out loud.

==== Possible Spoiler Below===

For most of the movie, I wasn't even quite sure if they were romantically involved or not. The plot was all over the place to begin with and whenever there was an "intimate" scene, the two characters treated each other like bystanders on the street. :willy_nilly:
