Windows Aero, More fonts, and more screensavers

My computer has Window Vista Home Premium, and for some reason does not have the Windows Aero theme like my brother's laptop. There's supposed to be a graphic card requirement, and I don't understand that. Is there some sort of download I can use that is free and that would actually work?

I also want to add more fonts, but I don't know how to. I know how to start, but for some reason it won't let me add fonts.

I also want to download free screensavers. :willy_nilly::willy_nilly:

Please help me with these. I appreciate your help :thumbup

My comp is not in English, so this might sound like nonsense. Right click on your desktop and click the option thats at the bottom of the list (Called customize maybe?) Then click themes (Or something like that): If the Aero is installed on your comp, it should be found there.

However, if your comp is slow, I'd advise you not to use Aero, it takes a lot of performance.
