If you witnessed what you thought was a guy raping a 9 year old boy in a shower why the hell did he not go to the police I can't understand this!!!:mad AND, I went on to read that when it's found out that people don't, most just get a fine. This shit is just plain sick! and the more and more that comes out and the people that covered it up for him deserve just as much legal punishment as the fucking pervert himself. Its like everyone thought it was up to someone else to do it rather than doing the right thing and going to the police themselves.
