Quality sleep reduces stress and boosts mood. Aim for 7-8 hours nightly with a consistent schedule. Avoid screens before bed and create a calm environment. Good sleep is a game-changer for mental clarity and emotional balance.
How do you improve sleep quality? What’s your bedtime routine?

When you sleep your body goes into repair mode, and the cells start repairing itself. That's why you need to sleep, sleep deprivation can cause a lot of mental health issues. I do deep breathing before going to bed

Sleep is crucial for mental health because it allows the brain to rest, process emotions, and consolidate memories. During deep sleep, the body also regulates stress hormones like cortisol. Without enough sleep, you're more prone to irritability, anxiety, and depression, as your brain lacks the time to repair and reset. Consistent sleep helps maintain cognitive function, emotional stability, and overall resilience to daily stressors. For mental clarity and emotional well-being, prioritizing quality sleep is essential.
