The chief of police calls this nut job a terrorist. He fills out his paperwork which the FBI collects and compiles data frrom.

The guy in question per the news article wasn't a terrorist, but a nut job who most likely had a "suicide by cop" wish.

I've seen plenty of pictures of dogs in question that were labled pit bulls who didn't even have any Terrier in them, but it goes down a a "pit bull attack".

It may get to the point where anyone who breaks the law could be considered a terrorist, and who knows, perhaps sent off to Gitmo.

On a side note, people who don't know anything about guns but learn what they see in the movies may find the video of the shootout interesting. The gunman gets hit multiple times, but unlike the movies, the bad guy doesn't get "blown backwards" by the impact of the bullets, but just goes plain down to the ground after getting shot.

It appears as if it is more easily to be labeled a terrorist than it was say five years go.
