...exercise?
Do you do it for health reasons or to boost confidence and self-esteem?

I do it for both in a way, mainly to feel good about myself and know I do something good for my body everyday - they reckon a good workout at least three times a week is good for you.
I do about 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day, I can't stand skipping a day either, I just go all mental and start thinking/feeling I'm fat - when I'm not!!
And also for the added benefit of not becoming overweight/unhealthy despite the huge amount of carbs I down every day :ninja

Sooo, why do you/would you exercise?

To stay healthy, so I can keep up with my chavitos

Because it makes me feel good, not so much at the time, but more that "glow" you have after

It helps keep me from being a fatty

Well the only real exercise I get is the walking I do, and I do that because I like to get fresh air and have time to think about things.
