Late at night, ideas and plans can feel exciting and clear, yet the same energy disappears by morning. What causes that shift? Is it mood, environment, or fatigue? Have you noticed yourself thinking differently depending on the time of day?

I think it's the fatigue that gets your brain working more. I also think more people tend to drink caffeinated drinks when working late at night and that hypes you up. Whereas in the mornings, you're just waking up from being asleep so you're groggy and may struggle to do things. Not everyone is like this though!

For some, they are simply not a morning person, hence they feel really tired in the morning and find it hard to work, while becoming more energized in the evening.

Well, not all people feel motivated at night. When I was in my teens and early adulthood I felt motivated at night, I was more creative and more productive at night. The silence of the night motivated me. However, now that I am growing old, I feel motivated in the morning.
