Beliefs that once felt certain can shift with new experiences or perspectives. Sometimes change is gradual, other times sudden. What has influenced your opinions the most over time? Do you find it easy or difficult to change your mind?

Experience can change your opinion over time. Engaging in conversations with other people with opposing views can also help shape your opinions over time as well. Our brains change with age as well, whether it's biological factors of aging the brain or just the lived experiences that can help change your opinions on things.

People tend to change their opinions for different reasons. For some they are mostly influenced by either peer groups, or the things they have to deal with in life.

As time passes, people gain knowledge, they build experience, and knowledge and experience teaches them something different, and they tend to give up their old opinions. It is a natural part of growing.
