Why can I not add an image to my signature?

I can upload one, but why cant we use the img tags? if anyone knows how you combine a animated gif with my current sig pic into one animated gif image, plz let me know and ill send you the pics to put together. this is what i wanted:

not moving____________________I want inserted

the total image size would be 500w by 100h, which is the limit for sigs


I haven't had a whole lot of experience with animated gifs... any help would be appreciated

We have the IMG tags turned off on the forums for security reasons. You have to upload the pic to use it in your sig

yeah, but you can only upload one pic to your sig

i want there to be two, and was wondering if i was gonna have to make them one image somehow. and if so how the hell would i do it?
