My husband was watching ESPN the other night and the question came up whether or not Tom Brady could be the greatest QB ever.
Who do you think is the greatest QB of all time?

terry bradshaw/dan marino/joe montana/peyton manning/tom brady/jim kelly/steve young

were and are all great quarterbacks


bret favre too but not as great

I never really cared for elway....not saying he was bad...he was good...I just think the ones I listed were and are the best

I always thought they were both way over rated
I'll agree Namath is pretty overrated, he was more about the hype.

But Unitas was the man. 10 Pro Bowls, 3 MVP's, threw a TD in 47 straight games. And the fact that he played in an era where the rules were heavily tilted against passing the ball and teams ran 40 times a game.

exactly he passed when running was the way to go so people didn't know what to do to stop him...

Gotta take into account the teams they played with. Like Brady, he has one of the most gifted WR's (Moss) to ever play the game.

And with that, I'd say Brett Farve.
