Larry Birkhead, now claims that he is the Father of Anna Nicole Smith's Baby and not Howard K. Stern.

Although Stern is the father of record, Birkhead is adament that the baby is his, and is requesting a DNa test to prove paternity... Meanwhile Stern insists that he is the Father.
