It was 2 o’clock in the night. The dark, messy room with paintings and scribbling all over the wall. Smoking a cigarette and looking at the clock. Suddenly received a call on mobile. He goes out to the door and opens it. It’s his girlfriend standing at the door. He sees her. ‘Different shadows’ follow her from the staircase. She comes in. They sit and start talking.
While they were talking, ‘different shadows’ were present in the room even, left and right, up and down. Then she suddenly walks toward the mirror in the washroom and starts brushing her hair. Person changes into a blaze of red anger, he stands up, takes out the knife and strikes her.
First strike and he wakes up from his dream, on his bed. It’s 3 a.m. on the clock. He freaks out after that dream. He picks up his car keys, the packet of cigarettes, and goes out. He sees the shadows again while coming down from the staircase. Engine, lights, stereo is on. He is driving on the wet winter road. It’s quite calm and cold. Silently he goes into his concert. Picks up his guitar and sings some songs. It’s quite crowded and dark. Cherry-red-blue lights are all he can see while on stage. He freaks out again. He runs toward his car, out of the jungle of monkeys.
He is now going back to his home. He climbs the staircase. ‘Different shadows’ are still following him. He enters his room. Turn on the lights and fan. Puts his keys and cigarettes on the side-table by the bed. It’s 6 a.m. He opens the door of the washroom. What he sees is his girlfriend’s dead body surrounded by red blood and a knife sticking out of her back.
