Oh...well it can be perceived as going either way. It's not actually going one way or the other. It's all in the POV that your brain gives it. Look at it a little longer and see if you can get it to look like she's spinning the other way. You might have to change the point of focus of your eyes, but eventually, it should seem like she changed direction. In fact, she is not. If you still can't get her to turn the other way, look at this for more explanation.
