yeah sorry guys. so have we figured out who has the lowest? I am thinking it depends on the tax, but there has to be a site somewhere that composites all the different taxes imposed on its citizens and then rates them to what percentage of each person's money is taxed on average....shouldn't there be something like that?
then again - if one state has low property tax, more people may own property so more people may be taxed so the average is thrown off...
has a small income tax and lower sales & property taxes than Texas, but I think when you look around, you'll find that the total tax package is about the same all over.
