Where is the insect expert?

I took this picture at dusk last night. There was probably a dozen of these buzzing my Wife's Lantanna. At first I thought it was a very small hummingbird. Look to be just over an inch long and moving so quickly my eyes were unable to focus on them so I took a picture.
