They reckon I owe them money I don't so it depends largely on my appeal against that and if it fails how willing they are to accomodate me paying it a bit at a time. I hate bills, you fuck up and no one wants to know but the company fucks up and you spend all day trying to talk to a person, not a computer on the phone and they still try and give you the run around then!:mad

How on earth do they think you owe money when you don't? I have heard of these probs with companies elsewhere too. It is very hard to get past them once they dig their heels in, huh?
