VR can trigger deep emotional responses—sometimes more than real life. Can this level of immersion help emotional growth or distort reality for frequent players?

I think VR’s intensity can do both. It can build emotional growth by letting people safely face fears or explore empathy, but overuse might blur boundaries between simulation and reality. Like any powerful tool, its value depends on balance and mindful use.

I haven't tried VR gaming, so I cannot say anything about it. I don't know whether it builds emotional growth. Actually, I don't see VR gaming beyond fun.
