When Do You Know It’s Time to Change Careers?

I keep hearing people say they “just knew” when it was time to switch paths, but I’m not sure it’s that simple. Was your shift a sudden moment or a gradual realization? What signs told you it was time to move on?

I have never changed my career, I started as a writer and I am still writing, however, in the past few years, apart form writing I am also doing a lot of things. If you don't have the passion for the work you are doing, or not earning much, I guess it is the time to change career
