When my son was little he was small for his age and was tormented by the bigger kids. He was extremely smart and that added to his woes. I told him one day those bullies will be working for you. He started a new job last week and called me yesterday to tell me one of his old bullies is working for him.

Sounds very familiar to what my son Jeff went through and ended up being best friends with the kid who bullied him when he was young.

The same kind of thing happened with my son although he was not bullied. He is now in charge of a department where two guys who did not treat him well in high school have been working longer there longer than he has and are now his subordinates. I still told him to treat the well regardless. Life is a circle my mom always said.

Ha! This is karma. I hope those bullies end up really bad, I hate people who think that abusing others is fun, I don't understand what kind of person you need to be to treat the others with cruelty. I'm happy your child made his way through all of that and he became stronger.
