What's your signature dish?

What dish are you really good at making and something everyone knows you can make and loves to eat?

I'm really good at making nacho cheese. I know what the best cheese to use, how to evenly distribute the cheese so that all chips get it, and what extra toppings to use to make it really delicious.

I don't make it much because it's not good for you, LOL.

But people always loved it when I made it.

I think I am good at making biryani. Biryani is a rice dish where you cook rice with meat and gravy and topped with caramelized onions, and coriander and mint leaves.
