I am looking for a new line of work.. I know I'm bad and switch jobs a lot...

I like heights, in my last job hanging 80 feet in the air while hookinh/unhooking stuff was the only thing that made the day go by faster.

I want something that isn't too much back breaking labor.

And I am not afraid to travel at all, actually travelling as long as it was paid for would actually be cool... either way not a big deal.

I'm not exactly one to work for others, so I don't know what to suggest here.

I am, however, one who has hired and fired many people along the way, and I don't suggest constantly changing jobs, as it is a reason why the majority of resumes and applications ended up in the trash bin. We don't hire those who jump from job to job to job, as they are not worthy employees and show the tendancy to just leave without care or put forth any effort at all to the position.

catv or sat tv contractors i know have and are makeing 50 to 75k a year doing installs, and if you work for a big company like comcast in house they had some good benefits and 401k, i think starting pay for comcast is around 10 an hr.

Carpentry. I worked with my buddy for his dads company. We built houses directly off the beach. I learned so much shit working for him and actually had a great time working. Nice view, constant flow of girls on the beach, nice weather, nice tan. Not to mention the pay was nice. $600 under the table every week haha. To bad i was young and didn't think of saving any :tard

This may sound weird, but I would have to say I had more fun doing Landscaping when I was 15-17, and making 500+a week cash was not bad either...also I enjoyed cutting Tobacco, good money, kept you in shape, and you get to have some fun while you work..

Hey Ryum, how you doing?

The most fun job I ever had was working on the beach for the summer months in Greece. I did it for three years! What a life that was. Sun, sea, sand, the parties! The Girlies! Waterskiing all day and partying every nite, oh my, good memories.

If you can do that, then I HIGHLY recommend packing a bag and getting off to the Mediterranian islands. Now is a good time to start planning on getting there for Easter, before Summer starts.

:blah :blah Sorry for going on but those were the good memories getting stirred up.

:wave

Satellite installers receive commission based pay which does not have taxes taken out...and at tax season, it's a hassle...so make certain that you check in with them about the pay, should you seriously consider such.

Ya know...my most rewarding times came from those years I volunteered with Little League. There was nothing quite like it. *smiles* Yeah, I know...you're looking for something with cash...but volunteering makes up for the money with the looks on the faces of those you help.

Well, I work at a pawn shop and it's a lot more fun than being a janitor at a church. The problem is that most pawn shops are operated by families and are therefore family businesses. The only reason why I was hired is because I had to take my brother's place since he acquired an official job at a gaming industry. Working at a pawn shop is just magical, especially at mine. My boss mostly never comes because he has many problems and his wife is a friggin' babe (she works for him most of the time so I'm under her command). Most of the work I do is put up items for bids on eBay. Sometimes I take care of customers; sometimes I just have to go make some bank deposits or get some food/cigarettes for my bosses cuz they're so damn lazy.
