What's the dumbest thing you've ever seen?

My boyfriend and I decided to go get ice cream tonight at the Baskin Robbins in the gas station down the road. Apparently, we got there at closing. We're in line behind two other people, and there's a girl in front them who is just then getting her ice cream. Some guy walks out of the back and says sorry folks, we closed at 10. It's probably 10:01. This girl, standing there holding her ice cream, looks up at him in complete shock and says, does that mean I have to give this back?

So what's the most shocking thing y'all have ever heard someone seriously say?

An incident that happened at work the other night comes to mind.

This 22 yr old weird dude comes in the front door and I asked him if I could help him. He leans over the counter and says, "Yeah, I got a lump on my balls. Do you want to see?" uke:

i dunno the stupidest thing i ever heard was when my freind said her uncle was in the shower and thought this container was moisterizer and rubbed it all over his body.

later to find out it was Nair. lmao

but working in the gas biz along time in the past i had to hear and see alot of stupid shit. those customers have no common sense.
one guy i had to call the cops on cause he drove off with the nozzle/hose in his BMW and ripped it right out the pump. told him im sorry i have to call the cops. he said what for i dint do anything wrong. im like you just ripped the damn hose out the pump what the hell do you mean you dint do anything wrong. i said it is unlawful for you to leave that pump unattended. hes like i dint know that. i told him its common sense to not to drive off with the hose still in your car.
and people who try to get gas when i was closed. they come up to me and say can i get x amount on pump number what ever. im like were closed, im sorry. there like are you kidding me. i was like im sorry but i thought the lights off would of gave you the hint we may not be open.

lol that reminds me a friend of mine one time was traveling doing some work out of town and stopped for gas he was so tired it was the middle of the night and he forgot to take the hose out of the gas tank and took off. about 15 minutes later driving down the interstate he saw cops behing him and he slowed down as to let the officer pass and then realized he was getting pulled over. The cop told him he was being pulled over because he was dragging the hose from the truck and he had no idea what was going on. He caused a good bit of damage but somehow luckily for him the company he was doing work for paid for it. He had to go to court though.
