what's the criteria for Valued Contributors

I have notice some folks have been given Valued contributed member status. Is there a criteria list ?
Some of those surely deserved such a title, yet there are probably many others who deserve it too.
For those new members and us old members who are not so valued , what must we do to attend such a title ?

as I look back over the threads, I have to ask myself who has been here for the last year keeping the threads going. Most of those folks already have the Valued contributor.
