meh.. you cant make that assumption based on ,less than 5 minutes of video.
to be quite honest, the court decided it would have been best for the kid to go with him, then... there is nothing to be discussed.

was it illegal that he filmed the kid? no not at all
Was it in bad taste to actually upload it to youtube? yes wtf was he thinking

should he be judged for that nope, but people will... what i mean is nobods knows all the info and making a desicion on wether he is fit as a parent or not cannot be made out of this.

I really didn't think of it until BB posted. Back when I was that kids age, it would have been a huge breech of trust for a parent to post something like that for all to see. Nowadays, it's sadly par for the course, due to the technology at hand and the attitude that lack of privacy is not that big a deal.

Because we have the ability to do something, should we?

So what does the kid think of the video? He must have been somewhat aware it was being made. Maybe not aware it was going to be on YouTube.
