Every year there's always some items that seem to get all the press and become the "hot new item". What do you think it's going to be this year. Tablets, game systems, or something completely different?

Well if you really have money to burn, the new mac pro coming out in december should be the real deal if you're into computer at all. You might not be able to take advantage of them right away but once 4k thunderbolt displays come out, mac pros will be heavenly. They are actually quite small and portable so if you have the money, wouldn't mind spending it on a mac pro to be frank.

The next exciting technology this Christmas will be the two new gaming consoles, the Xbox One and the PS4. Alot of people are looking forward to it, its going to be alot better than the previous generation of gaming consoles.

Here are my wish techno gadgets wish list for this Christmas:
- Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - they say that this is the best phablet out today with bigger and better screen and improved S Pen functions
- PS4/Xbox One - the next gen gaming consoles are posing to blow our minds with outrageous next gen graphics
- Google Glasses - they seem to look cool. And I wear glasses.
- PS Vita/3DS - these two handheld consoles are pretty good
- iPhone 5s - fingerprint scanning anyone?

Hopefully, the Oculus Rift, but I doubt the consumer version will be released by Christmas. I'm really looking forward to playing some games and watching movies with that thing.

I'm waiting for the new video cards to come out. Notably nVidia's GTX 780 Ti and AMD's R9 290 and R9 290X using third party non-reference coolers. I don't think there's any new exciting technology this Christmas season, as the new consoles are pure crap (as they always were) and the majority of new stuff is coming out next year (i.e. Google Glasses, Oculus Rift).
