What the Hell, Music Tag Help Needed

So I'm trying to change the artist and all that for some songs but it won't let me, it gives me this:

What version of Media Player are you using?

umm.. try using a library program like itunes... and it should be able to let you lightly left click on the song title which will highlight the name so you can change it.

Otherwise right click on the song ... and click 'get info' and you can change all details under the info tab.

Well I don't know how to figure it out. I turned it on and it doesn't say (or I don't know how to figure out). But it came with Vista, that's all I know...

And as for Synergy, it shows up fine in itunes when I do that, but it doesn't show up in the folder like that. It's just blank under artist and all that. If that makes sense.

If it came with Vista, it should be version 11. And if it is, I can't find anything on it.

You're sure you're not accidentally changing the file type?

Make sure you're fully updated too.
