I think that the storylines and the acting of the cast in these shows are top notch. The quality and the replay value of all the episodes are also top notch as well.

1. The Wire - the best drama I've ever seen, bar none.

2. Fawlty Towers - only twelve episodes, but each one is absolutely hilarious and still manages to be funny no matter how many times you've seen them.

3. Doctor Who - varies in quality, but some episodes like Blink and The Girl in the Fireplace are brilliant.

4. Tales of the Unexpected - each episode is a one-off story, but most of them are dark, twisted and funny.

5. Porridge - Brilliantly written sitcom with Ronnie Barker.

Prison Break: I just love Prison Break for the action and the intelligence nature of its story line.

Lost: I love movies that have, "what ifs and don't give all the answers". Basically, something that talks about things we can relate to on a special level and somehow deep. I actually think it should be my number one.

*The last three shouldn't really be on my top 5, but since I really can't think of better ones I watched to the end. Hence, the reason they are included.
