GET OUT OF THE WAY do people not understand?

Living off one of two arterials in this town, I see a lot of emergency vehicles come blasting by through the day/night...

I heard sirens so I looked out as this ambulance is coming down the left lane flying toward the hospital.

In the same lane, some dumbfucking retard in an 80s taurus is just moping along.

The jackass waited until the ambulance was slamming on the brakes directly behind him to finally move the fuck over. If you're really that busy keeping your POS from dying that you can't see a giant white brick with red and white flashing lights, then perhaps you should get your POS off the frikken road and grow a goddamn brain.

I agree. I see it all the time here, too. Some idiot is tooling around while an emergency vehicle is right behind them, lights a-flashing, horn a-blarin'. Dee dee dee.

I can't add anything more.

He was the only car on the road within 15 car lengths... it's not that hard to see emergency vehicles roaring up on you. Maybe it's just me and the fact that I know where all the vehicles around me are and I am constantly checking my mirrors the way you're supposed to, but I've never been surprised on a damn near empty road by an ambulance or police car.

That's exactly what I was picturing, James, when you mentioned it. Not a packed roadway-type of situation. I'm talking about a clear road where a person doesn't even have to look out for other cars; just move over. That's what I see. If there was a traffic jam, or during rush hour, or the like, I can understand not being able to move your vehicle.
