In Canada, I've used grooveshark for years. It's such a great deal and has a number of great artists. I've been traveling europe these last few weeks and have discovered spotify. This music player is phenomenal in the way that it's laid out and the number of artists that are available. Both can be free, but I suggest using the premium players, so that it's ad free.

I've used Spotify as well for some time, and while it's a great service, I prefer to listen to my own music library on iTunes because some of those songs just aren't on Spotify as far as I know.

I used Spotify until recently, but they do not have an for Windows phone - so I've switched to Deezer. Same price/selection plus a Windows phone app.

On my laptop I use Rdio.com. It's free for your computer and you can type in any artist and listen to full cds by them. They have a trial for phones and I think it is $4.99/month after the trial.
