Vegetables are low in carbs, low in fats and high in minerals, micro nutrients, dietary fibers, and protein. If you categorize foods based on their health benefits, I think vegetables witll stand on top. With nutrients like potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium, etc. vegetables are good for avoiding diseases like heart diseases and diabetes. Their fiber aids digestion, making them excellent for relieving constipation and dehydration.

By the way what is the percentage of vegetables in your diet?

I haven’t calculated exact percentage but I believe it has more than 40 percent of my diet in cooked and raw form.
