what is the mean of "inside out"

the meaning of inside out is a simple concept to grasp. let us discuss it in a way that might accelerate your understanding of this concept by using the human body as an example. the organs and supporting stuff are guts. inside out would mean that the guts are outside, and your skin would be inside.

Or like if I snatch your ass up by the loose skin on your belly so hard that your skin comes off and I then proceed to wear it like a coat, only instead of the outside of your skin where the hair and zits are, the inside where all the blood and puss is at would be showing.
