I personally go to parks just to relax after my day's tiring work. The greenery all over the park makes me feel relished and makes me sit for hours in the park. The swings make me feel free, so when it's just nature and myself swinging together, it's liberating. I had many such treasurable moments so far with it. I also feel like playing with the children out there which gets me out of all my tensions and pressures stacked up in mind.

The best time to go is at night when there are no kids and you can play on the equipment without getting weird stares from parents. I love to swing. The local park also has a pond for fishing and you can rent paddle boats.

If the park has a basketball court, then the best option would be to play basketball. I love playing basketball at parks because there is always competition on the court. Not only will there be competition at a local court, but there will be lots of it.

I realize " Park " brings many things to mind in the folks, some might think of the neighborhood park at the end of the block, while others may think of a national park like Yellowstone or Yosemite. Many of the national parks are larger than some states on the east coast.

During weekends after a week of hard work me and husband goes to the park early in the morning near our house and we do some warm up exercises and then we walked around the place while inhaling the early fresh morning air. It is our way to relieve stress and we do this every weekend and in this place we also had the chance and time to talked and bond to each other

It depends on my mood and the type of day it is. I love taking the dog and going for a long, rambling hike in the woods on a crisp day. Fishing is good too, my dog is a master of seeing that I have hooked something before I do. I really enjoy sitting quietly and writing, writing, writing or taking tons of photographs. I live in an area where there is no shortage of beautiful parks and places to hike.
