A post I made in another thread about not liking my feet being touched and a post made later by, Clare (thanks for the inspiration) made me wonder how people could choose the profession of podiatry. I really appreciate that some people have taken up this profession as I am anyone who works in the healthcare field. What I don't understand is WHY anyone would take up this profession, nor for that matter, dentistry. I cannot think of many things that I would rather not do than look into smelly mouths and work on smelly feet.
Why would anyone want to be a mortician if it comes to that, or what about a rodent catcher?
What occupations make you cringe at the thought?
For those of you who have a job which many would baulk at, what attracted you to the job and do you really enjoy the work?
