happiness is whatever you make of it.

It might not always be something that one person would consider a happy thought or action but if it gives you that chemical reaction that makes you feel good, makes you feel happy then that is happiness.

It's a feeling an emotion an action it can't be defined to one point when there are billions of people who each "get happy" in so many different way whether it be good or bad.
