what is a good Web Album program?

I got lots of pics i took on a recent trip. i want to put them on a Web Album. I have a photobucket account but it is really slow to load. even on high speed internet. i also have picasa which i like but it appears with picasa the public pics can be edited, added, and deleted by anybody viewing.

anybody have any thoughts. i am cheap so it has to be free :D

Definitely try PictureTrail: Online Photo Sharing, Image Hosting, Online Photo Albums, Photo Slideshows You cant go wrong. Its free and you get to store a certain amount of pics...dont know how many off the top of my head, tho. I pay the yearly fee of $19.00 and to date, I have not gone over my storage limit and I continue to add to it regularly.

Also...I have not tried this free site yet but I see people on Ebay using Auctiva.com Its meant to be used for Ebay but it says "free image hosting" so I cant see why you cant just use it for other pics too.
