Ok, I'll be the first to tell you.
I myself don't really personally know any men from England. My experience initially comes from news about Prince Charles and his sons, the Beckhams, and English musical groups, past and present.
There are many stereotypical qualities that are supposedly English, but I do not consider them valid descriptions.
From the English men I've come across online (and other sources), I would have this to say:
They seem to be more sexually free than American men. What I mean is that sex is considered more an actual everyday function rather than a conquest.
English men seem more care-free, less stressed, more fun-loving.
English men appear to be just as emotional as any other man, but more subdued about it. They internalize their feelings more to those they love.
English men have the hottest accents.
English men know how to sincerely smile, when they do smile, which isn't very often in public.
English men love soccer and hate American football.
English men tend to want to do the right thing, but the right thing isn't always as archaic as American values are. For instance, an English man could have sex just for the fun of it and not have it mean anything, whereas it might be considered cheating by American standards.
