I like how the officer changed the story a bit when explaining it to his back up. Saying the man was jumping around back and forth. The guy was walking to his car.

In Hawaii, you're not required to sign the ticket. There's actually a spot on the ticket for the cop to check saying "refused signature." Don't know how it is in other counties.

I can understand the guy getting tazered. Not that I even support the police using the damn things, but because the officer told him to stop. Also, you never walk back to your fucking car, that shit pisses an officer off. But the way the guy wouldnt tell him how fast he was going or read his rights. Thats a little suspect. Then the way he was talking to his buddy at the end.
