What do you do when you are disappointed in other people?

When I'm disappointed, I usually stay silent, and I don't care. Because usually I'm at a very tired point, so I no longer expect anything from people who make me disappointed. How about you?

That depends. In the workplace, if a worker's performance disappoints me, I would let him/her know and hope s(he) can make improvements. For personal matters, I remain silent if my friend disappoints me.
