What color paint will look good in my living room? Please help! :-)

I am having such a hard time choosing the right color for my walls. I have gray sofas, gray and royal blue curtains (which I am changing) but that's not the issue, the issue is I have wood floors. I need a paint color that compliments the color setting and the floors (mainly the floors and couch). These white walls have to go! Any ideas?

Light yellowish tan will go with about anything and will compliment a wooden floor.
If you have white vinyl windows mix a little more yellow with the tan.

Thats an idea. I need some more :thumbup I was also thinking about something with a peachy or reddish tone.
