Our body needs fruits. It is essential to maintain our well-being and in so doing, we will be always healthy. Our body is so demanding, yet all that we eat comes back to our body. Fruits contain a lot of vitamins, iron, calcium, magnesium, and minerals. My favorite fruits are: apples, pineapples, jackfruit, dragon fruit, grapes, mangosteen, melon, oranges, banana, papaya, guava, durian, and mango. Though I cannot buy them all in a week, at least 4 kinds of them are present in our fridge at home. I buy fruits weekly. What's yours?
