Building a strong core is essential for overall fitness. What exercises do you find most effective for strengthening your core? Are planks, Russian twists, and leg raises your go-to moves, or do you prefer more dynamic exercises like mountain climbers and medicine ball slams? How often do you train your core, and how do you track progress?

The most effective exercises for core strength include planks, Russian twists, leg raises, and bicycle crunches. These target multiple core muscles, improving stability and posture. I also add movements like deadlifts and squats, which engage the core for added strength.

I understand that the best exercises are those of high intensity, you can burn more fat and strengthen the core much more with intense exercises, brief but very intense, than with soft and prolonged exercises, in short, doing exercises intensely for 30 minutes or 1 hour gives more results than doing exercises for 2 hours but that are soft.

I like bicycle crunches as it's a way to target multiple core muscles, like the rectus abdominis and the transverse abdominis. The twisting motion, engages more of the core muscles.

I think there are various exercises. You need to focus on your torso or your middle section. There could be many exercises that can help you improve your core strength. One exercise involves running with a heavy material attached to your back (it involves pulling you in the opposite direction). This can help with core strength.
