What a Fucking Week!!

Oh my jeebus!! Thank god its over!! Monday, i got a call from the school nurse saying Jace had busted his head open on the playground and he might need stitches! :eek So, i picked him up and off to the ER we went. 5 hours later, we were home with it being covered with that Dermabond glue. Really relieved he didnt have to go through stitches or staples!! kept him home Tuesday for safe measure. Wednesday, he had a follow up appointment with his pediatrician all clear, i brought him back to school at 12:50. 1:30, school nurse called and said he was throwing up. Picked him up and back to the ER we go to get checked for possible concussion. 7 hours later at 9:30pm we finally get home, CT scan normal, neither one of us had eaten anything, i had a horrible migraine, he was already asleep and had to be carried to his bed. Kept him home again yesterday. Dropped him off at school today, 8:30 the school nurse called saying he was having stomach problems. picked him back up, stocked up on some kids imodium and pepto and gatorade. He's been sleeping off and on all day.

This weeks events have just finally caught up with him, poor thing! and poor me! ive been a worry wart all week! And now we're out of $130 because the room i booked for south texas tomorrow for my dad's side of the family family reunion is non refundable and i have decided not to make the long trip with all thats happened!! Geeze, if this 1st week of May is any indication of how the rest of the month is going to be, put me in a medically induced coma till June!! :willy_nilly::willy_nilly:

and this is a kid who has never gone to the dr for anything other than his yearly check ups!! So this is all definitely over whelming!

and then lets not forget that he's had loose watery stool for about 2 weeks. since he was born, he's always been a constipated hard stool child. so, they're running labs on stool samples.....which was not fun to get!! LOL

Oh and i have one of those horrible dry coughs that sends you into 5 minute long coughing fits!! and DH has an infected abscessed tooth! The health fairy has ignored us this week!!

Been a good weekend at least. Not that we did anything. Im praying tomorrow is back to a normal day at school!!

LoL emma is fine. She knew something wasnt right with him and stayed by his side in bed everynight

So far so good!! 1pm has usually been the call time from the school nurse, and we're past that! *knock on wood* LoL im about to leave to get in line to pick him up (they get out at 2:55, yes i go and sit for an hour, but im also one of the first in line and i dont hit sny of the traffic!)
