WE live in Alabama. Over the winter our concrete and brick get a film of grunge or mold. I cleaned the pool deck, the patio, patio set, pic nic table, sidewalk, several areas of brick and our curbing and about 1/4 of our driveway. I need to finish the drive when it is not raining.
