Regret creeps up even when you know you made the best decision you could. How do you process regret without getting stuck in it? Do you analyze it or try to move past it quickly?

I have many regrets, but I don't brood over my regrets. I try to move on. regretting will take you no where, you should focus on what lies ahead.

I try to view regret as a learning tool rather than a burden. I reflect on what went wrong, take responsibility where needed, and focus on actions I can take now. Dwelling doesn’t help, but extracting lessons does.
