Walking is best exercise for weight lose because it helps in losing the weight and helps in increase the stamina. Although it help in losing the weight it also help in shaping the body.

Another hazard of walking, such as tripping, is having dogs you don't know come up to you.

I've been lucky so far, as only friendly dogs have come up to me during my walks. But I wonder if my luck will run out sooner or later.

I stumble, at least once, when I go on walks but I haven't properly fallen over in a long time (thankfully! Last time I fell over I was covered in bruises and scratches for ages).
