I usually hold the cable needle in my mouth on wrong side rows, and had the regular needle next to me and it was empty so I picked it up and put the tip in my mouth. I reached for something and my arm bumped the bottom. I'm thinking I was VERY lucky I didn't puncture anything
As I sit here typing with the cable needle in my mouth again. But it's curved, so I'm not worried about it. Well, the damage to my teeth, yes, but puncture wounds, no.

I have had one puncture my leg.. .. that hurt like crazy and legs aren't as sensitive as the roof of your mouth.
