but I am going to post my stuff anyway.
I work from home, so I don't even get any exercise walking into or around the office like I used to.
To combat this, I have a trainer come to the house 3 days a week. I do 30 minutes with her (lower body, core, then upper body days) and then I usually walk a couple miles to get some cardio in.
At my peak, I weighed 261.2 lbs. That was on 4/24/09. I am 6 ft tall.
I weigh in weekly, so here are my last few:
5/1/09 258.4
5/8/09 257.2
5/15/09 256.2
5/22/09 255.6
Not a whole lot of weight lost (about 1 lb a week), but I have dropped inches.
I lost 2.5" on my chest (man boobs are shrinking )
I lost 2" off of my 'abs'. She swears they are there somewhere....
I lost .5" off my thigh.
These measurements were taken on 5/15. I weigh in again tomorrow.
The cool part (sorta) is how my clothes fit. They don't. I am falling out of my pants and my shirts are not - shall we say - 'form fitting' any more.
