I have been told that this is an old forum. However I don't have idea when it was created and probably abandoned for how long.

With what I am seeing from this post it seems the site went down or abandoned twice as it was in 2015 that it was posted as we are back and then now we are in 2023 with another welcome back but I believe this time around it would be for good and not go down again.
