I have no delusions, but I think I've depended on a scale to reassure me since I lost so much weight and now that I'm going to the gym, I'm wondering.... To all trhose who workout, how long did it take you to lose weight? I know for a while I'll probably gaining a bit of muscle mass and that will affect my weight loss. I'm just looking for an approximation and I know it's different with everyone...

Running is the best exercises because it helps you burn the calories.
Just in 30 minutes a person can easily burn 300 calories.
Walking, Sprinting and adding hills or an incline can burn 180 calories in 30 minutes.
Bicycling and Swimming of 30 minutes can burn 400 to 500 calories.

Yeah...and in about 2 more days they will come back and post a link for Randomlocation Fitness. It's like a game for me, LMFAO

Do some cardio exercises along with gym workouts to maintain the healthy body weight.
The combination of the cardio and weight workouts will help to burn the fat and build the muscles at the same time.
